Murray makes that problem for any defense. Most teams use either a LB or a safety as a spy.....in most cases, they aren't going to be fast enough to stop Murray. (See the 4th quarter against the whorns). And if you put enough resources in to handle Murray, someone else is going to kill you.
You would have to be successful at doing what the whorns did. Make Murray cause a turnover or two, and your offense has to score on almost every possession, which has been easy to do against OU this year. We'll see how things have changed tomorrow.
