I know we're not supposed to talk about this yet... but! If OU wins out, they are not guaranteed the playoffs -- though yesterday was key step to clearing the way.
The Pac 12 is now out, unless lots of teams lose. And Ohio State got hurt.
I don't think Alabama will lose a game. We don't want them to (until playoffs). Let everyone in the SEC pick each other off, so there's only one SEC team. I think this will happen.
I'm worried Clemson won't lose either. Notre Dame, who knows? It's college football.
I think the key is for the Big Ten to implode, which would fun to watch.
Penn State has two losses. They won't pass one-loss OU. I detest Penn State, but will root for them when it helps.
Michigan is at Penn State next week, hosts Rutgers, goes to Indiana, hosts Ohio State. Then Big Ten championship. They need to have another loss. I think Penn State or Ohio State will give them one or two more.
Ohio State goes to Nebraska, hosts Mich State and Maryland, goes to Michigan. I think they'll likely win them all. Then beat Wisconsin or whoever in the Big Ten championship.
This is a concern. As it'll bring back the whole OU/tOSU debate again...
Ohio State's loss is much worse than Oklahoma's, but they have a tougher schedule. Ideally Michigan loses to Penn State (50/50), then beats Ohio State at home.
This is how I see it. Who knows? OU might not beat Tech.
